The MiniZoom Reflector is an ultra-compact, lightweight reflector designed for Profoto’s flat-front flashes and point-source LEDs. So small it can often remain mounted on your Profoto light even when packed in your bag, it combines convenience and performance in one sleek package.

Thanks to Profoto’s unique adjustable mount, the MiniZoom offers effortless zoom control. Simply slide the reflector back on the mount to fine-tune beam angle and output, expanding your creative flexibility.

Hard reflectors in photography

The name “hard reflectors” reveals two important characteristics of these light-shaping tools. As the name suggests – the reflectors themselves are hard, which makes them extremely durable. They are coated in high-quality metal, either with a silver or a white finish. Secondly, they tend to create a harder light with a more distinct fall-off than, for instance, a softbox or an umbrella. Creatively they help you alter the contrast and the mood of your images by creating a number of lighting effects from direct, focused light with a distinct fall-off to a wider, more even light spread across the image area. Their versatility makes them an essential light modifier.
