Dedicated to the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR lens, the HB-78 Bayonet Lens Hood helps to minimize flare by deflecting stray light from entering the lens. The hood also provides additional protection from accidental impacts, bumps, or scratching. It is offered here as a spare or replacement for the hood originally included with the lens.
