Just slip a colored filter over the flash, or mix two filters to create new colors and fire away to reveal an exciting palette of surprises! To Take a Photo:

1. Turn the Film Advance Wheel until it stops 
2. For the best photos, try to shoot from approximately 0.6 m – 1.5 m away from your subject.
3. Look through the Viewfinder to compose your photo and press the Shutter Release Button to take the photo. 
4. On cloudy days, in shadows, at night or indoors – always use the Flash. 

Maintain a distance of 1–2 m from your subject when using the flash. 

To turn on the Flash, press the Flash Button once. The Flash Indicator will progressively light up in orange. When it’s bright, the flash is fully charged and ready to go! 

To reactivate the flash for the next shot, press the Flash Button once more. The Flash Indicator stays bright for approximately two minutes once charged.

If the camera has been idle for longer, press the Flash Button again to ensure the Flash is charged. The flash may still fire after more than two minutes, but it will not fire at full power.

Using The Colored Gel Flash Filters:

Get creative. Your camera comes with a set of Colored Gel Flash Filters. 

To use them, simply slide the filter of your choice onto the Flash. 

Use one at a time or feel free to mix and match multiple colors at once to experiment with exciting colored flash effects!

Reload And Keep Shooting:

1. Press on the sides and pull open the camera. The Film Counter will reset automatically to “0” when the Camera Back is opened. 
2. With the camera facing away from you, slide a new film into the Film Chamber on the left-hand side. 
3. Hook the first perforation on the film tip into the Taking Spool tooth in the Film Chamber on the right-hand side. Turn the Advancing Wheel to ensure the film tip has been securely hooked onto the Taking Spool. 
4. Flatten the film and make sure it matches the teeth of the Sprocket Wheel in the middle of the Camera Chamber. 
5. Close the Camera Back. 
6. Turn the Film Advance Wheel until it stops and press the shutter button. Repeat until the Film Counter shows “1”. You are ready to shoot! 

Note: The Half-frame Simple Use Reloadable Film Camera takes two photos on one standard 35 mm frame, so you can take twice the number of photos as a standard 35 mm film camera. 

For example, if you reload with a standard 36 exposure film, you will be able to take 72 photos. The film counter is set to count until 72, so you will never get lost in your film.

To Develop Your Photos: 

1. When the film advancing wheel cannot advance any further, like all good things, the film has come to an end and you won't be able to press the shutter anymore. It's time to remove your film, get it developed, and reload a new film to reuse your Half-frame Simple Use Reloadable Film Camera. 
2. Before opening the camera back, turn the Rewinding Knob clockwise to rewind the film until you feel it loosen. 
3. Open the camera by separating its two halves at the center. Hold the camera with both hands, then, using your strongest hand, press firmly on the notches located on both sides at the same time - it may be a little stiff the first time, so don't be afraid to use a little force. This will release the front and back parts so you can take out the film. 
4. Get your film developed at your local photo lab and ask for the following process: B&W film: Black and White negative processing / LomoChrome and Color Negative films: C-41 processing.

Note: If you are unsure how to rewind your film and take the film out safely, you can bring the whole camera to your friendly local lab and ask them to help you! Unlike regular disposable cameras, you should ask them to return the empty camera as you can reload it and shoot again!

To Change The Battery: 

If you notice that the flash is taking a long time to recharge, it’s time to change the battery!

1. Press and slide the small lever on the bottom of the camera in the direction of the arrow. The Battery Door will lift and open.
2. Insert 1 × AAA battery (1.5 V), with the orientation following the marking on the Battery Door.
3. Close the Battery Door and ensure the lever is tightly locked.
