Interchangeable AC/DC Batteries
The FJ400 II features a flexible AC/DC battery system, providing 550+ full-power flashes per charge with the included FJ Pro Battery—or up to 1,000+ flashes with the optional FJ ProMax Battery. Shared compatibility with the FJ800 and FJ250 simplifies your setup by eliminating the need for multiple power solutions. Convenient AC trickle-charge functionality ensures uninterrupted performance during extended sessions.
Consistent Light Quality for Professional Results
The FJ400 II ensures precision and reliability with 5500K color accuracy across its 9-stop energy range (1.56–400Ws), adjustable in 0.1 or 1.0 stop increments. Its 30W bi-color LED modeling light, adjustable from 2700K to 6500K, allows for easy framing and composition, ensuring professional results every time.
Effortless Control at Your Fingertips
The FJ400 II’s intuitive interface and full-color OLED touchscreen make adjustments as easy as using your smartphone. Built-in help screens guide photographers of all levels, letting you focus on creating instead of navigating complex menus.
More Looks, Less Effort with Creative Mask
Creative Mask lets you create up to 6 unique lighting configurations without moving your lights. Using the intuitive touchscreen, you can set the number of frames, assign when each strobe fires, and easily capture dynamic looks or layered composites. A game-changer for high-volume or fast-paced shoots, Creative Mask saves time, delivers multiple looks from a single setup, and unlocks endless creative possibilities.
Optimized for Light Modifiers
Engineered for versatility, the FJ250 features an extended flash tube that provides wide, even light distribution to fill modifiers. Its native Bowens S-Type mount supports a broad range of compatible modifiers, while the built-in tilter bracket offers secure positioning and a 9mm umbrella receptacle.
The included 43” optical white satin umbrella mounts directly to the strobe to create soft, flattering light with wide, even coverage. Use it as a shoot-through or bounce modifier for portraits, headshots, and groups, then collapse it to just 14.5” for storage. A Magnetic 5” Reflector and Magnetic CCT Gel Set with CTO, 1/2-CTO, Diffusion, and Window Green gels provide additional options for shaping and adjusting the light.
