A Multi-Day Photography Retreat Under the Stars
Escape to the beautiful wilderness of Randle, Washington for an unforgettable weekend timed with the peak of the Perseid meteor shower. Camping is set along the tranquil banks of the Cowlitz River featuring community gathering, river floats, yoga, and campground photo activities. A variety of expert led night sky and daytime photography excursions will be available to the scenic Mt. Rainier and Gifford Pinchot National Forest.

Driving Directions
**FROM I-5 NORTH OR SOUTH, take exit 68, go east on Hwy 12 toward Mossyrock/Morton/Yakima. Peters Rd. is at MP 114. Do not turn on Peters Rd. The access road is on Hwy 12, on the right at MP 114.5. It is just after the yellow "Welcome to Randle" sign, and turns right, going down into the fields. The town of Randle is at MP 115.
**FROM YAKIMA, go east on Hwy 12 toward White Pass/Packwood/Morton. The access road is on the left 1/2 mile past the town of Randle. It goes down into the fields just past the guard rail. Call at the gate: 360-496-1903
**IN RANDLE, coming from Forest Rd 23 or Forest Rd 25, turn west (left) onto Hwy 12. In appx 1/2 mile, the access road is on the left. It goes down into the fields just past the guard rail.
**Campers can also travel through Puyallup-Eatonville-Elbe-Morton to Hwy 12 or
**through Tacoma-Spanaway-Elbe-Morton to Hwy 12.

Can I get a refund?
This is a rain or shine event barring cases of extreme weather. Refunds will not be granted on the grounds of a changing forecast. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event in cases of extreme weather.
If you become no longer able to attend, cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.

Will food be provided?
No food will not be provided at the campgrounds. There is however a grocery store and a few restaurants only minutes away from the campsite.
Will there be cell service?
Cell service is available at camp, but many of the places we will be going to shoot will not have service so please plan accordingly.
Can I make a campfire?
A burn ban is in effect in this region so campfires are not permitted. Propane burners are allowed.
Will I have access to electricity?
Electricity will not be available at the campground, so we strongly recommend bringing portable power banks for your devices and cameras.
Are there restrooms on-site?
There will be port-a-potties on-site to use as a restroom.
Are there shower's on-site?
No, there will not be showers available on-site.
When can I sign up for individual programs?
A registration page for programming will be sent in July to give all attendees a fair chance of signing up for some of our capacity constrained outings. We will announce when this page will be going live to ticket holders in advance. The capacity constrained programs will be first come first served for registration. Advanced registration will be required for these programs.
