The Gitzo GS5370B Quick Release Plate Square B is a reliable head accessory that is fixed to the camera's base to allow photographers to quickly and easily attach or remove cameras from a tripod head.

The GS5370B is a square, "B profile" plate used for some Gitzo heads such as Off Center Ball Heads GH3750QR and GH5750QR, and includes both 1/4" and 3/8" screws.

By combining 1/4" and 3/8" compatibility in a single design with dual screws included, you eliminate the hassle of managing multiple plates for different camera setups.
