Use:

To fit a tripod with rubber feet or with retractable spikes proceed as follow:

1. Completely screw up the rubber foot clockwise  to expose the metal spike 
2. Press the wheel lock with your foot
3. Place the spiked foot on to the seat until the lock engage

To fit a tripod with twin metal spiked feet proceed as follow:

1. Place the foot on to the sphere and engage the leg holder
