The Utility Series consists of (4) different options that address most carrying needs and preferred set-ups. The assortment includes the Utility Strap, Utility Sling, Utility Sling - Quick Adjust and the Utility Sling - Duo.
The Utility Sling offers rapid access to gear while maintaining ideal comfort and versatility in a cross-chest design. Using OP//TECH's exclusive Uni-Loop Connectors, gear hangs securely at the side and will glide up and down the sling without interfering with a camera's tripod mount connection. Most cameras will only need one Uni-Loop Connector, but for cameras with a third strap-connection point located on the battery grip or quick-release plate, the second Uni-Loop Connector (included) will be used. The non-slip backing keeps it securely on the shoulder and the added comfort makes carrying heavy gear a joy. The Utility Sling is fully adjustable from 26.5" - 31" (67,3 cm - 78,7 cm), measured from the top of the shoulder to the end of the Uni-Loop connector.
The Uni-Loop Connectors are a signature item and featured on many of our camera/binocular straps, slings and harnesses. The versatile connectors allow attachment to a camera or an existing OP//TECH pad in a variety of ways. They can add length to a strap for sizing needs or camera position preference, be clipped together to quickly form a small carrying handle or even be utilized to connect to a D-ring on backpack straps or a camera vest. Constructed of heavy-duty tubular nylon webbing and attached to the Quick Disconnects using durable leather tabs.
