Mack Warranty provides a three year extended warranty for your electronic equipment. This Mack Warranty covers serialized digital cameras, digital camera with lens or lens only, binoculars, camcorder, gimbal, audio equipment, and/or lighting equipment (before rebate or discount). Plans are eligible within 30 days from the date the equipment is purchased. This warranty has to be purchased with the product intended for coverage.
Eligible Products Include 1 or 2 Items that Total $1500 or Less:
- Digital camera only
- Digital camera with lens
- Lens only
- Binoculars
- Camcorder
- Gimbal
- Audio equipment
- Lighting equipment
This Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturer Defects
- Impact Damage
- Sand/Grit Damage
- Accidental and Unintentional Abuse
- Mechanical Malfunctions
- Normal and Abnormal Wear and Tear
This Warranty Does NOT Cover Equipment Damaged By:
- Fire
- Theft/Stolen
- Lost
- Intentional abuse, misuse or damaged beyond recognition
How To Register:
Glazer's Camera will register this service contract for you. Warranty will be registered within one week. Warranty is effective immediately with purchase.
How To Obtain Service:
Visit and log in to your account at www.mackcam.com, then click on "Arrange for Service" to fill out the claim for repair.
Shipping Your Items:
Package and ship your equipment directly to Mack.
Terms and Conditions:
The equipment covered by this service contract is guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Mack Camera & Video Service, Inc. shall repair, service or replace same to operate properly.
