Our skilled technicians repair all major camera and lens brands including cinema and video equipment. See below for more details and other gear we can repair for you!

No hidden inspection fees. Only pay for completed repairs. Estimates take 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri).

1. Drop Off or Mail in Gear

Bring your gear in-person or ship to our store for an estimate. If shipping please fill out and include this form.

2. Approve Estimate

Once you approve your given estimate through email/phone we can start repairing your gear.

3. Pickup Gear

Repairs typically take 4-6 weeks. We will give you a call once your item(s) are ready for pickup!

Repair FAQ

How long does it take to get a repair estimate?

5-7 business days (Mon-Fri).

What is the total time to have my gear fixed?

Most repairs will be complete within 4-6 weeks. Sometimes delays on getting special parts could make it take longer. We will give you a call/send you an email once your repair is ready for pickup.

What to include when dropping off equipment for an estimate/repair?

Do not include any accessories such as straps, batteries, memory cards, etc. with your gear. For cameras and lenses you can include a body or lens cap.

What are the steps for shipping my equipment to you?

  • If shipping your equipment, please fill out the Non Warranty Repair Form and include it with your gear.
  • Please clean your equipment externally before packing to send to us.
  • Do not include any accessories such as straps, batteries, memory cards, etc. with your gear. For cameras and lenses you can include a body or lens cap.
  • Wrap your equipment in plastic and package it well in the box.
  • Please note that client is responsible for shipping cost both ways.

What is the warranty on repairs done in-house at Glazer's?

The repairs done and parts used for in-house Glazer's repairs are warrantied for 90 days.

How much does lens calibration cost?

Lens calibration costs $55 per lens.

What if I just need my camera sensor cleaned?

Sensor cleaning costs $85 for mirrorless and $98 for DSLR cameras. It will take 2 business days (M-F). Same day cleaning is available at an additional cost, learn more here.

What do we NOT repair?

We do not work on drones, gimbals, binoculars, polaroids, Instax, RED, Blackmagic or Graflex cameras.
