This carrier allows for easy scanning of all 35mm film formats, including half frame, full frame, and panoramic sizes, in one single capture. With the option to add internal cassettes, the Basic Film Carrier 35 MK2 can also support 110, 126, APS, and Minox film, as well as full border scanning with the Full Border Scanning Cassette.
The Light Source 35 is a powerful light source designed specifically for 35mm film scanning, offering perfect uniformity and an impressive 97+ CRI rating for accurate color reproduction. Additionally, the Essential Kit includes a Light Source 35 Adapter Plate for the Basic Film Carrier 35 MK2, ensuring a secure attachment and smooth workflow.
In addition, the Negative Supply Essential Kit for 35mm Film Scanning comes equipped with the newly upgraded Basic Riser Mini MK2. This latest version offers a sturdier head design, an integrated 1/4-20 mounting point, and a stronger build, allowing for safe support of various mirrorless and DSLR camera and macro lens setups.
