RETURN POLICY

We take every step to ensure that our customers have the right gear and products to fit their needs.

Sometimes however, needs can change. If that happens we are happy to return products if the following are met.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused and packaging must be in its original condition. Items must also include blank warranty cards and all accessories.>
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment at the time of purchase. Credit card refunds must be on the same card as original purchase. Glazer's will issue a check for returns on cash purchases over $250.

USED EQUIPMENT

  • Must be returned within 14 days in same condition as at time of purchase.
  • Used items are covered under Glazer's warranty for 60 days from date of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment at the time of purchase. Credit card refunds must be on the same card as original purchase. Glazer's will issue a check for returns on cash purchases over $250.

If any of the above criteria are not met, Glazer's is unable to issue a refund. If an exception is made, the customer will be charged a re-stocking fee up to 15%.

Sales for the following items are non-returnable:

  • film & darkroom papers
  • ink cartridges
  • paper (once opened)
  • software & memory cards (once opened)
  • bulbs
  • batteries
  • special ordered items
  • printers once inks have been installed
