Intro to Printing and Color Management

A 1 evening, 3 hr. class covering the basics of color management important to the successful output from what the user sees on their monitor to the print that comes out of the printer. This class also covers the proper steps for paper selection, printing and printer set-up. This is a great class for those new to printing, or not getting the results they want from their printer.
Minimum 4 registered students required for class to be held.

Canon Rebel XTi/XSi Workshop

A 1 evening, 3 hr. class for those new to the Canon Rebel XSi/XTi. This class will cover the basics of using their cameras buttons, menus, and dials. We will also cover topics of JPEG vs RAW file formats, choosing image resolutions, image quality and Color/White balance options, and how they are changed and used for different situations.
This class is not a general photography class, but a class on camera operations.

This 3hr. short course is designed to familiarize the G10 users with the myriad of buttons, menus, and controls of what is, again, like the G9 before it, becoming the most popular camera of the Canon Powershot series.
These are among the many topics we will cover:
•Basic camera setup
•Choosing the right image size and quality for the desired shot
•Deciding which file format to use - JPEG vs RAW
•ISO (Camera sensitivity)settings for different lighting situations
