I love the ability to buy a gift card online but the process needs to be improved. First there is no way to put the gift receipient's name on the card. Second, there is no way to even print something that says "You now have a $250 gift card from Glazers". Third, it would be nice if you could allow customers to print their own gift certificates, (after the credit card clears, etc, etc.).
